Registration Study Trip to Trondheim and Oslo, 12.-15.10.2025

This Study Trip is for NLRA members only. You or the company, you are employed in must be a member of the Association. You can sign up for a membership here.

You need to book your own travel to Trondheim and home again from Oslo. You can also leave the Trip on Tuesday. 

Program

  • Sunday, 12.10.2025, Arrival in Trondheim, Dinner and hotel accommodation
  • Monday, 13.10.2025, Visit of the Tramway “Gråkallbanen”, operator BOREAL and the historic tram society. Dinner and Night Train to Oslo with cabins for one and two persons.
  • Tuesday, 14.10.2025, Oslo, Presentation of ongoing projects in “Sporveien” and possible site visit. You can leave the trip in the afternoon. Dinner and hotel accommodation.
  • Wednesday, 15.10.2025, Oslo. Tram Simulator, presentation of the new SL18 vehicles End of Study Trip around 13:00. 

The participant fee and what you get for it

The Study Trip fee is 850 € and if you want a personal cabin for the Night Train to Oslo, it is 100 € extra, 950 € in total. The Discount fee is 600,- € (Student, retired, …) This amount is not covering all costs; the rest is included in your NLRA membership. If you have financial difficulties to pay the participant fee, please contact the cashier. Read our conditions carefully, especially about the refund rules. The price includes transport between Trondheim and Oslo, overnight accommodation (Night Train/hotel), incl. breakfast. Dinners and up to two alcoholic drinks are also included. During the day your food is for your own expense.

By submitting this registration, you agree in our terms. This includes: Pictures from you can be taken during the Trip and being published later on. Your contact data like Name, address, mail, phone will be stored and used for our marketing, f. ex. Newsletter. Your Name, company, country and mail will be published on our participant list.
If you leav the trip early, that will not have influence on the participant fee. You will not get a refund for your participant fee, unless the NLRA is able to sell your place to another member. We recommend all participants to be insured in case of sickness. That is typically the situation, when the time is too short to find a replacement and all costs needs to be paid anyway.
